From our meeting point we start to walk along Janubio beach interpreting a unique landscape that was formed after eruptions that lasted six years.

We discover how the salt pans work and what the importance of salt was in the economy of Lanzarote. We walk up to the area where there are remains of some lime kilns and cisterns. This will give us the opportunity to discover the history and culture of water in Lanzarote.

Returning to our starting point, we can take the opportunity to walk along the seashore before starting a wine tasting in a unique environment.
